I hope you all had a great weekend and had a chance to celebrate your Dad&#8217;s!\u00a0 \u00a0It is officially our last week of school!\u00a0 We will have activities today, tomorrow, and a few on Wednesday.\u00a0 Wednesday is the Grade 7 Leaving Ceremony so we will have our last official Zoom session tomorrow instead.\u00a0 The weather is supposed to be great this week so make sure you get outside and enjoy it (don&#8217;t forget sunscreen, though!)\u00a0 Here are today&#8217;s activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1)\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Shining Star Scrapbook Page-<\/span> brainstorm some ideas of what you are most proud of this year.\u00a0 When was a time you were compassionate (kind to others)?\u00a0 Showed responsibility in the classroom or on the playground?\u00a0 Were honest?\u00a0 Each star can probably fit 2-3 sentences.\u00a0 Make sure to check for spelling, capitals, periods, and sentence sense. Decorate and lightly colour your stars when you are done and then email me your finished page \ud83d\ude42\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sd41blogs.ca\/edwardsd\/files\/2020\/06\/Shining-Star-Scrapbook-Page.pdf\">Shining Star Scrapbook Page<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2)\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ca.ixl.com\/signin\/nelsonelem\">IXL<\/a>&#8211;\u00a0<\/span> place value review for both grades today!\u00a0 Grade 2&#8217;s- L.1 (Level D), Grade 3&#8217;s-L.2 (Level D).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Read for 20-30 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Go outside for a neighbourhood bike ride or walk!\u00a0 Have a wonderful day, everyone !
