I hope everyone had a great weekend and had a chance to get outside and play.\u00a0 I had a chance to go see some of my family this weekend (while still practicing social distancing) and we went for a walk which was very nice \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 I am still waiting for a few communication writing assignments to come in.\u00a0 I will be calling these people today as I need these for your report cards.\u00a0 Here are today&#8217;s activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1)\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Plant Reading Response<\/span>&#8211; carefully read the article 3 times and then highlight key words that will help you answer the questions.\u00a0 When answering the questions make sure to use FULL SENTENCES and check for spelling, capitals, periods, and sentence sense.\u00a0 Thank you!\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sd41blogs.ca\/edwardsd\/files\/2020\/06\/Plant-Reading-Response.pdf\">Plant Reading Response<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.ixl.com\/signin\/nelsonelem\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">IXL<\/span><\/a>&#8211; this week we will be looking at 3D shapes.\u00a0 Grade 2&#8217;s-2-D shape review: S. 2 (Level D)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grade 3&#8217;s-3-D shape review: T.1 (Level D)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Read for 20-30 minutes or finish up last week&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidsa-z.com\/main\/Login\">Raz Kids<\/a> assignment.\u00a0 Thank you!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We will have our next Zoom sessions tomorrow at 10 AM (Grade 3&#8217;s) and 11 AM (Grade 2&#8217;s).
