SFU is offering a cool new program in the Faculty of Science: University Science Transition Experience Program (USTEP) at SFU. The Fall 2012 Topic is Energy!
This is a theme-based, school-year long series of Science sessions for high school students at no cost to the students or schools! It involves students taking an independent study course in their home districts and travelling to SFU one evening per month to participate in a seminar series with SFU science profs, which will provide the science content to stimulate students’ ideas for self-directed projects with a science focus. More information can be found at: http://www.sfu.ca/science/sciadean
