We are heading into the home stretch of an amazing year of singing!\u00a0 Here are some important bits of information for the end of the year. (see attachment below)<\/p>\n
As well, tickets are now on sale for our concert, “Spring Sing and Ring”!\u00a0 Again we ask that you purchase 2 tickets online as you did for our Christmas Concert.\u00a0 We will release extra tickets next week.\u00a0 Tickets are $10 each.\u00a0 If you pay online, please bring your receipt to us.\u00a0 If you are paying with cash, we will have them ready for you on Monday, May 6 for purchase.<\/p>\n

Corovoce final letter for 2024<\/a><\/p>\n May 6, 2024.<\/p>\n Dear Singers:<\/p>\n As we head into our final rehearsals and performances, we are reminded of all the wonderful music that was made this year.\u00a0 Thank you to everyone for making such strong musical memories!\u00a0 Here are a few details about the remaining time we have together.<\/p>\n Monday, May 6<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 Our final rehearsal.\u00a0 Leave your folder and your music with us today.\u00a0 3:30 \u2013 4:45 as usual.<\/p>\n Thursday, May 9 \u2013 Our school tour date.(Wear your Corovoce T Shirts!)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n My apologies for having to change our drop off site.\u00a0 We had huge issues with securing the buses.<\/p>\n Drop off at Confederation Park at 8:30 a.m.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n Performance at 9:15<\/p>\n Performance at Edmonds Elementary at 10:45<\/p>\n Performance at University Highlands at 1;10<\/p>\n Performance at South Slope at 2:15<\/p>\n Pick up at South Slope at 3:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n I hope that clarifies the day. \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n Monday, May 13- Spring Sing and Ring at 6:30 at Michael J Fox Theatre (Don\u2019t forget your t shirts)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n 3:30 \u2013 arrive at theatre for rehearsal<\/p>\n 4:30 \u2013 parents\/guardians pick up singers for a snack and a break<\/p>\n 6:15 \u2013 arrive back at theatre to green room (in your t shirts!)<\/p>\n 6:30 \u2013 performance<\/p>\n Please note\u2026..this is our final time together this year.\u00a0 If you have forgotten to bring back your music and folder, please give it to your music teacher to send through the mail.<\/p>\n Auditions will be held on Monday, June 17 at South Slope <\/strong>in the music room.\u00a0 YOU DO NOT NEED TO AUDITION<\/strong>!\u00a0 But\u2026..if you have friends or siblings who would like to join us next year, please ensure they receive an audition form from their music teacher.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Our first rehearsal is Monday, September 16 at 3:30 at South Slope<\/strong>!\u00a0 Looking forward to introducing brand new songs and meeting the new group!\u00a0 (hopefully with some of the old group there as well!)<\/p>\n We are sad to end the year, but happy with all the great memories that were made!<\/p>\n In song,<\/p>\n Mr. Nguyen, Ms. Ishii, Mrs. Fierro, Caeden and Kurtis<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We are all so thankful to be a part of the Burnaby Fine Arts scene!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Dear Corovoce Singers: We are heading into the home stretch of an amazing year of singing!\u00a0 Here are some important bits of information for the end of the year.
