Home stretch before holidays

Happy December! Lots to look forward to this month:

  1. Elf on the Shelf – ask your child what’s going on with Bob, our elf! What other mischief will he get into over night in our classroom while we’re away? He showed up on our Christmas tree (thanks to the Hayer family!) and is keeping an eye out for all the nice students he can report back to Santa about!
  2. This week, we are accepting any new toys and non-perishable goods for Christmas hampers.
  3. Dec. 6: Mistletoe Market & the new PAC Winter Market happens this Friday! The Mistletoe Market is primarily for student shopping during the day though families can come through for a quick visit. Handmade items are priced $1-5. Winter Market has a lot happening from different vendors to activities to concession (samosas & hot dogs).
  4. Dec. 17 @ 6pm: Winter Concert
  5. Dec. 18: Report cards go home
  6. Dec. 20: Pancake Breakfast – students wear pajamas & can bring their favourite stuffies for the day! We will also have a class party with Christmas card exchange and other fun activities before saying goodbye for the holidays!
