What I Am Thankful For – by Yoyo & Ananiah

Yoyo: I am thankful for my home because I have a place to sleep, eat, play, and learn new things. I wish that the people who are not as fortunate will be in the future. I hope that everyone can be as lucky as me. I wonder, will I be the luckiest of them all? “In the darkest of moments, there will be a light somewhere in the darkness” – Yoyo, 2019. I hope that one day my dream will come true.

Ananiah: I am thankful for hospitals because if there were no hospitals we can’t heal ever again. When I was 3 years old, I fainted because I ate a cookie and I choked. After one minute, I fainted and my big brother tried to talk to me but I was frozen so my big brother cried and went to my mom and dad. We went to the hospital in an ambulance. After when I woke up, I played games and ate and went back home. I got a bracelet from the hospital. Doctors are like super heroes because they save people from dying. That’s the end of my story.
