Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. &nbsp;Students need for this class:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proper support running shoes<\/li>\n<li>change of clothes (T-shirt, shorts, or track pants)<\/li>\n<li>deodorant&nbsp;in their gym bags<\/li>\n<li>sunscreen and proper runners (everyday in May and June)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are important for their safety and&nbsp;hygiene&nbsp;as students this age will be participating in several sports as part of our active living curriculum. &nbsp;Students this age, are growing and most are sweating as we move about during P.E. class. To prevent body&nbsp;odor&nbsp;in our small&nbsp;classroom&nbsp;after and to prevent students from getting a chill, a change of clothes is necessary as we move into fall and winter months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have P.E.
