I like the chords of this song and how they are placed for maximum effect. I also like how the use of atmospheric sound is used to create tension.

I like the intro and beginning to this song a lot. However I do find that it gets a bit repetitive after a while.

I like how there are many different synths used, and how the background melody line occasionally plays in the foreground.

I really like the different instrumentation the song had. The drums hit onbeat and it really showed the release when all the instruments played together and started slowing down. Especially at the end !

I really like the electric guitar throughout the song. It also created a sudden tension when the bass came in. I liked the choice of lyrics she used in this song as well!

This is a very upbeat song in which has some dynamics. It dramatically fades at the ending. There’s also some repetition throughout the song. The instrumentation in the background really brought the song to life!

This song overall has a lot of repetition. The beginning starts out with piano and guitar, and drums fall in when the lyrics come in. The drums disappears pretty soon, and that continues throughout of the song. I like the steadiness throughout the song 🙂
SML2 – Staff Roll
The end credits to Super Mario Land 2 on the game boy, the limitations of the hardware give this melancholy finisher a nice 8-bit charm. Starting out with a lullaby goodbye the song quickly tells you to lift your spirits and keeps a jogging pace till the very end.
