The resources use cognitive behavioural strategies to address the thoughts, feelings and behaviours associated with anxiety.<\/p>\n<p>EASE was originally developed by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) in collaboration with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anxietycanada.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Anxiety Canada<\/a>\u00a0and B.C.
